We are aware that consumers and other stakeholders increasingly want to know where their seafood, where it comes from and how it is processed. At QA Fish we source all our seafood locally from registered fish markets or directly from small independent fishermen fishing the waters around Shetland and with whom we have established and longstanding partnerships. We want to be part of a responsible supply chain and actively seek to source and market species from fisheries with sustainability certification.
Our unique sequential box numbering system enables us to track and report on the source of all our products right back to the fishing ground and the time it was caught so we are fully capable to supporting your own sustainable sourcing reporting requirements.
